They are very similar which is a given since they are both mouth based onaholes. They both have lower and upper teeth made out of hard material, a tongue and a small uvula at the upper side of the canal. The outside differs slightly. The Nezuko has bigger lips but doesn't have a nose. I personally prefer the Nezuko from a visual point of view. The nose can look creepy and the lips on the Nezuko are gorgeous.

Sensation wise they mostly share the "hard" feeling of the teeth but the Nezuko goes all in on that aspect with its sharp fangs.
